If I am missing something here let me know.Ĭlick to expand. The easiest way to understand how products are tied to one another is to ask the question "did I receive some type of discount because I already owned some NI product"? If so, those products are tied together and can not be re-sold separately.įor example, you mention you "crossgraded to Kontakt 3". Lastly once I have Komplete 7 I assume I can log-in to my account and de-register Kontakt 3 and Guitar Rig 4, once that is done surely I can sell them both, informing a potential buyer that Kontakt 3 cannot be used for upgrades/crossgrades but Guitar Rig 4 can. I have pre-ordered Komplete 7 on a crossgrade which surely means I will receive the full package and can register Komplete 7 and all its components are linked to that one registration which means obviously you cannot de register or sell on individual parts of Komplete. Guitar pro was purchased outright so once again I assume I have the right to de-register and sell it and in this case the new owner could register and yes use it for upgrade purposes. However if I de-register it surely the new owner has the right to register and us it?. The fact it is a crossgrade I assume means that if anyone buys it from me they will not be able to use it for any upgrade/crossgrade purpases. I crossgraded to Kontakt 3 which meant I got a reasonable price on it, however it is obviously the full version. Hmm I see what you are saying but I'm not quite sure about it.
